1. Binding Nature

These Terms and Conditions of Use contained on this webpage shall govern the use of this iWeza website (the “Site”) including its constituent services, products and its affiliation to LeadByChoice. By using this Site, you accept all these Terms and Conditions of Use in full. Any time these Terms and Conditions of Use have been changed or updated, a notice will be posted on the site. The Site is not for use by any minors (defined as those who are not at least 18 years of age), and you must not use this Site if you are a minor.

2. Privacy Policy

We take your privacy seriously and will take all measures to protect your personal information. Any personal information received will only be used to fill your order. We will not sell or redistribute your information to anyone. (Please read our extended Privacy Policy)

3. Refund policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, within 30 days from the purchase date, we will fully refund the cost of your order. Your refund will be credited back to your original method of payment within 10-15 business days of receipt, except during and after holiday season, during which time return processing may take up to fifteen (15) business days. For our online courses, you are free to keep all downloads from the first Module or Unit for your personal use only. All other material must be permanently removed from any electronic or physical storage and/or retrieval system. At no time should any material be distributed to any third party.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

Other than content you own, which you may have opted to include on this Site, under these Terms and Conditions of Use, iWeza and LeadByChoice and/or its licensors own the rights to the intellectual property, information and material (collectively, “Content”) contained in this Site, and as such all rights are reserved. You are granted a limited license only, subject to the restrictions provided in these Terms and Conditions of Use, for the purposes of viewing the Content contained on this Site, and of which you may have purchased.

In these Standard Terms And Conditions, “Your Content” shall mean any audio, video, text, images or other material you choose to display on this Site. With respect to Your Content, by displaying it, you grant iWeza a non-exclusive, worldwide, irrevocable, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, translate and distribute it in any and all media. Your Content must be your own and must not be infringing on any third party’s rights. iWeza reserves the right to remove any of Your Content from this Site at any time, and for any reason, without notice.
